How Long Does It Take To Get My New Wheelchair Delivered?

We carry a wide variety of wheelchairs in stock that may be delivered within a few weeks. Some specialty models and requirements for special options may take longer to deliver.

Why Do I Need An Occupational Therapist?

Occupational therapists are recommended to determine what products would best suit your needs. While we have extensive knowledge and experience on medical products, and can assist you in getting the items you need, we are not trained medical professionals.

When Will My Online Medical Supplies Arrive at My Home?

Orders placed Monday through Friday generally ship within 48hrs to 72hrs. Time in transit depends on where it is being shipped and can be anywhere from 4 to 7 business days. Special order items may require additional time. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If an item in you order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with your specific delivery time. Please contact us if you need your order urgently and we will work together to help ensure you have the products when needed. If the delivery date is critical, we suggest that you choose 3rd Day or Next Day shipping options when checking out.
